Leg 43: Hajodae Beach to Susan Harbour

Onward!!!  The day was still young and there were 25 or 30 kilometres still ahead of me.  The skies were still gray and the seas were still rolling.

But the way along the coast was blocked by some great huge resort taking all the space on a point into the sea, with its manicured lawns and great views.  Of course none of that was for the riffraff.  So I had to settle for the inland route.  That started out looking good, with a trail through the trees.  Yay!!

But then it headed back to the road.  Boo!!  But it was a quiet road running beside the forest.  Yay!!!

But then it went back to the busy highway.  Boo!!

But this leg was fairly short, so even the bit along the road was not that far really… Yay!!!  And then I thought I had reached the end of the leg, but they hadn’t put up a big map sign, again.  Boo!!

So I took a photo of the little plaque instead.  But as I walked just a little bit farther, I found the big map sign as well.  Yay!!  It was all in all a fairly uneventful, partly scenic, partly not, leg.
